Portfolio
I help teams turn business needs into clear CRM workflows, delivery-ready requirements, and systems that people can use every day.

Founded in 1896, SWJTU is known for engineering and transportation disciplines. That background shaped how I think about systems, process, and scale.
My recent work is centered on CRM, customer operations, and system modernization in Canadian business contexts.
Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Service, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, and solution delivery practices.
How I work
I clarify the real workflow behind a request: who owns the data, where handoffs happen, what exceptions matter, and what users need to see when they make decisions.
Then I turn that into useful delivery artifacts: user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, CRM behavior, automation rules, test scenarios, and rollout notes.
Strengths
Finding the real process behind the system request.
Turning sales, service, and customer records into usable CRM behavior.
Replacing repetitive manual work with controlled, explainable workflows.
Helping business users understand why a new system makes daily work easier.
